Tayo Adedayo

Tayo Adedayo is the Managing Partner at Sycamore Investment Managers, the Lagos- and Accra-headquartered pan-West African mid-market private equity and alternative investment manager that manages the Sycamore West Africa Growth Fund (SWAG Fund, $80M 2017 vintage) and Sycamore Alternatives Fund II ($100M, 2022 vintage) with LP backing from FMO (Netherlands), BIO (Belgium), and domestic Nigerian pension anchor commitments. Adedayo is an OAU Ife Economics graduate, Cranfield University MSc Finance & Management alumnus, 7-year UBA Capital Corporate Finance associate (2001–2008) and African Infrastructure Investment Fund (AIIF) Vice President (2008–2014) before founding Sycamore in 2014.
